You’ll have perfected your skiing technique at your ski club, but unless you’re fit for skiing you’ll not be able to perform at your peak.
The gym-based exercises you will learn at the David Lloyd Ski Fit ski club will soon have you ready to speed down the slopes with the best of them.

The David Lloyd Ski Fit ski club will maximise:

  • Balance and coordination – improving your skiing basics and helping you turn and stop better
  • Flexibility - optimise your performance on the ski slopes and help prevent cramping and injury
  • Strength – toning abdominal and key muscle groups for more powerful turns
  • Endurance – improved endurance will allow you to focus on skiing technique, and ensure enjoyment right to the end of the skiing day
