If you’re looking to perform to the best of your ability, supplementing your activity with a bespoke training plan can significantly help performance. Each sport requires slightly different muscle groups, energy systems and co-ordination, ensuring you’re training for the demands of your sport ensures you get the most out of it. This week we look at a sports specific warm-up to loosen the joints and increase blood flow to the correct muscles. On top of this we’re going to show you how the warm up increases your mobility, and range of movement to get your body in the right position to execute the technique, and avoid injuries. Start to integrate this into your weekly schedule and achieve your goals faster.
