A new way to workout

Lots of people right now are hitting the gym to try out functional training. It is a really effective way to workout and thanks to our spacious gym here at David Lloyd Eindhoven, you’ll love a functional training session here. We’ve got plenty of room, as well as lots of equipment to make sure you never have to wait. From battle ropes, to ViPRs, kettlebells and free weights, you’ll love a working out here. 

Gym and fitness at Eindhoven

Our great gym features an open plan layout and specific zones to help you have the most effective workout possible. Head to the stretching zone to warm up or cool down after a workout, or create your own routine in our functional training zone. Located on the first floor of the building, the gym has lots and lots of equipment so you’ll never have to wait and there’s always something new to try. And if you’re new to the gym, or could do with a bit of help or advice, just ask one of our friendly instructors. They really know their stuff and will be happy to help!
