We’ve got a huge range of classes available across our group exercise studios. For example, we have Vinyasa Yoga, Tai Chi and BODY BALANCE™ to name a few, whilst we also offer a fabulous choice of high energy training, including BODYCOMBAT™, Bootcamp and functional training classes on the gym floor.
