Not only is the body important to us but also the mind. That’s why mindfulness trainer Wouter de Jong will be hosting a session at our Amsterdam club on February 16th during the Mindful Sunday. During the Mind gym session De Jong will give an interactive lecture with scientific backgrounds, practical tips and exercises for the brain. Guests will be able to participate this event for free!
Before the lecture there will be two Glow-Yoga sessions to completely relax you. Along with the lecture of Wouter de Jong and the Glow-Yoga sessions you'll also have access to our swimming pool and sauna facilities.
The Mindful Sunday will start at 11am.
