Book your place and join us for an interval run. Our Run Club specialist will guide you through an interactive 30 min session using Myzone heart rate training aid. The sessions take place with an instructor LIVE, you can opt to leave your camera off, or switch it on for extra motivation and also choose your own music to play throughout the workout. You will be able to see and hear your Run Club coach during the session whilst they guide you through a variety of intervals based on your own heart rate or effort levels. The sessions are for all levels to take part in as its effort based, you can participate either outdoors in a safe environment, or in club on a treadmill. You can also take part in this class with or without a Myzone belt. If you’re running outdoors in your local environment please always stay alert and aware of traffic, other pedestrians, and your surroundings throughout the session. If it’s not safe to follow the instructions given by the instructor please don’t, and come back into the session when safe to do so. To get the most out of this class we recommend you wear a Myzone heart rate monitor as your instructor will guide you to work your body at just the right intensity for the best results. To get the full Myzone experience you’ll need to have a Myzone account and belt, head to your Myzone app, select the date and click book next to the class time.
