Whether you’re experienced or a total beginner, you’ll find a fantastic range of holistic classes in our special Body & Mind studio. From Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, to Core & Stability sessions and Meditation sessions, there is so much to try. We even offer yoga classes for kids! You’ll find these sorts of sessions will build your core strength, cuts stress, tone your muscles and boost your energy levels all at the same time. Why not give one a try?

Fitness Classes Capelle

Our members tell us that they love the atmosphere in our group exercise classes – the instructors are great, and they end not only having a great workout, but making new friends too! From water aerobics, to yoga and group cycling, there’s a real sociable feel to all the sessions.

We have three studios here at David Lloyd Capelle, they’re based on the first floor of the building. Our Body & Mind studio is for holistic classes, the High Impact studio is for more high intensity sessions, and there’s our Group Cycling studio too. Thanks to our three brilliant studios, we’re able to offer our members a really brilliant range of sessions. One day they may be doing Hatha yoga, the next a Gladiator workout, and then working up a sweat in a cycling session. There’s so much variety!
