Yin yoga is all about slowing down. With long, floor-based poses held for a few minutes at a time, it gives your body the chance to stretch deep and your mind the space to switch off. It’s gentle, calming and the perfect way to release tension, ideal after a busy day or tough workout.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is a great all-rounder. It’s steady, focused and perfect for building strength, balance and flexibility. You’ll move through classic poses at a controlled pace, with time to focus on your breath and posture. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to fine-tune the basics, Hatha is a solid place to start.

Hot yoga

Hot Yoga takes place in a heated studio, helping to warm the muscles and increase flexibility while you move. Drawing on techniques developed over thousands of years, it focuses on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind through a series of postures and controlled breathing. The heat also encourages detoxification and deeper relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and energised. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own yoga towel and mat.
