SPIRIT Live Sound Meditation
Our latest addition, fusing elements of yoga and Pilates all set to uplifting music, SPIRIT takes you on a journey of building strength, flexibility and ending with an extended sound meditation using Crystal Bowls and Ocean Drum for the ultimate mind and body experience
Cyclone
CYCLONE, a group cycling class, uses Stages bikes to provide a workout that will help you to be your best in the saddle. Become stronger, fitter and faster as you climb the hills, ride the roads or time trial across the flats - every class is different.
CYCLONE is perfect for anybody keen to improve their cycling performance. Your stats are displayed on screen as you ride and you can track your performance after each session, so you can push yourself to the limit and view your power output, speed and distance.
IGN1TE
In the mood for a high-energy session? You need to try ING1TE, a class that takes inspiration from mixed martial arts. This workout helps build whole-body fitness as you kick, punch, jump and run.
After a series of exercises, there's one final round where you do as many reps as possible. Our expert coaches will help you get the most from each session, leaving you full of feel-good endorphins and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
Reformer Pilates
Get to know our brand-new, state-of-the-art Reformer Pilates studio. This dynamic full-body workout helps you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve your posture. Our experienced trainers will guide you at every level – whether you're just starting out or already advanced.
Family & kids exercise classes
We offer a variety of classes tailored for our younger members through our kids' club, as well as family-friendly exercise sessions that let you enjoy quality time while staying active together. Be sure to check out Rebels Spirit, a kid-friendly version of our Signature Spirit class, designed for children aged 8 and up.
